Free shipping is included on orders totalling $100AUD or more within Australia, or orders totalling $300 or more internationally.

All sizing information is listed in the DESCRIPTION field of each listing.

Please contact me for any resizing requests, I will be happy to help. Costs may change depending on item sizes.

I can change the size of designs as needed - this may be limited at the upper end by the size of my machines, or at the lower end by reducing size to a point where the miniature is too fragile to print/send.

I am only able to make changes to the size/scale of the miniatures - I cannot make alterations such as changing weapons or removing body/costume pieces. This is part of my agreements with the artists whose work I license.

Your mini will be washed, cured and washed again. It will be ready to prime and paint with any paints designed for miniatures.

Your mini can be assembled (or repaired if damaged) with superglue. I do not recommend using plastic glues, which sometimes do not bond with printed resin.

Broken edges may be sharp, please handle with care if damaged.

Yes, printed resin is more fragile than moulded plastic. This fragile material allows for far greater detail (and of course, the endless possibilities of designs by amazing artists!) but should be handled with care. Eco resin is a little tougher than basic resin, but can still break/snap during falls or rough handling.

I take all possible care while packing and shipping your miniatures to get them to you safely.

Regular handling during painting and play should be fine. I recommend storing your miniatures carefully - and avoiding rough play where possible!

I print pieces from many games and scales, as well as uncategorised custom pieces. My size categories are not matched to the specific creature size categories of any given game or scale. I judge sizes based on the overall dimensions of the miniature/printed piece. Full dimensions are included with each piece I sell, and I am always happy to discuss resizing and quoting as needed.

Will my mini come with a base? What size will it be?

Most minis come with bases - all characters and monsters will either have an integrated base, or come with a separate base. If a base is not shown, you will get a plain base of a size that is appropriate for your mini.

Base sizes may vary depending on the design and scale. Please feel free to contact me if you want to check details for bases provided for any particular mini!
